Prices

The prices are valid per flat and per night – bookable for 5 nights up. 
A shorter period is possible for a surcharge.

Please be appreciative, if we charge following costs by cancellation:

• at 30 days before arrival 30% from the travel costs
• at 15 days before arrival 50% from the travel costs
• at  8  days before arrival 80% from the travel costs
• at  1  day  before arrival or not arrival 90% from the travel costs, except the flat could be rent in this time again.

Therefore we would recommend a cancellation insurance.

The arrival is possible from 3 pm, the departure till 10 am.
